Refund Policy

At ZamZam Digital Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. However, due to the nature of digital services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all purchases and payments made for our services.

Non-Refundable Services:

 All services provided by us, including but not limited to:

Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Website Development, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Lead Generation, Digital Advertisements.

Basic Package

Standard Package

Premium Package

Etc..

These services are considered final and non-refundable once the work has commenced or is delivered as per agreement.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by the client.

Payment was made but no service was initiated or delivered within 7 working days (and no response from our team despite follow-ups).

In such cases, please email us at mominbazar@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, and our team will investigate the issue. Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original method of payment.
