Respect timelines unless otherwise discussed

4. Payment Terms

All services are subject to advance or milestone-based payments as per agreement.

Payment once made is generally non-refundable, unless agreed in writing.

Invoices must be cleared within the timeline provided. Late payments may incur penalties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, creatives, ad copies, and marketing materials created by ZamZam Digital Marketing remain our intellectual property unless specifically handed over to the client under contract. Unauthorized reuse or redistribution is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, marketing data, and strategies unless required by law or authorized in writing by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any direct or indirect losses due to third-party tools (Google, Meta, Hosting, etc.)

Suspension or banning of ads due to policy violations not disclosed by the client

Delays caused by client-side inaction, inaccurate data, or unforeseen circumstances

8. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party platforms and tools to deliver services. Their terms of use also apply in relevant scenarios (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Hosting providers).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services:

If a client breaches these terms

For non-payment of dues

For abusive or unprofessional conduct

Clients may also cancel services as per the cancellation/refund policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Siwan, Bihar or jurisdiction agreed mutually.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
